Malia is amazing.. I went last year and booked last week to return again next year (July 2009). I'm going with friends.

Malia is a very lively place, somewhere for groups of young people and young couples not so good for families.

Theres lots to do in malia:

4x4 jeep safari, horse riding, trips to different islands, boat trips including booze cruis which is great fun, there local buses which take you around... loads and loads!!

However, Malia gets booked up pretty quickly so its always good to book in advance..........

I definitely agree that Malia is on parr with Ibiza..

Im going there in 3 weeks with 5 girls... only me and one of the girls are in a relationship tho so im a bit worried everyone else will run riot! I hope its not as bad as some of the comments on here!

Depends on your type of holiday,Malia is wild,rough at night at times,full of young people who are there to party all night,if this is what you are looking for. It is a lovely resort during the day and when on holiday in Stalis we go to Malia shopping a good few times,would not be for us at night, this is my own opinion,have a great holiday where ever you choose to go and stay safe.

we went to stalis which is just up the road from malia a couple of years ago and visited malia in the day time. it is a busy resort and good if you like clubs etc. if you find it too much for you take a trip to stalis its quieter as i said and still has enough bars etc for most people.
