I've been there several times a few years ago, and it is just fabulous ! Good food, excellent service, nothing negative to say about it. For me one of the best in Punta Cana ( all the Melia's are superb!) The only problem is when you are there : holidays are to short...... Happy to help you

This resort is very beautiful, but it is huge.  There are trolleys, but they run only about every ten minutes.  The royal service in the hotel is superb, it has its own pool (adults only) and a restaurant.  If money is not an issue consider the sister property next door, "Paradisius Palma Real".  Paradisius is owned by the Melia group its a notch above everything else.
