  1. It is rain season from June to the middle of Sept.  Right now in Mexico many cities that are not near the coast lines are flooded.

  2. I have lived in Mexico for over three years ago.  LIke many places in the world, the weather depends upon exactly where you are.  I live in the middle of the desert, and although we are in the "rainy season" we are not flooded nor have we had rain every day.  We do not get hurricanes or tornados and only have snow once in about twenty years!

So, in order to answer your question, it is necessary to know where you are going.  Check the websites below for more information on the current and future weather in the parts of Mexico to which you plan to travel.

  3. In the Cancun and Riviera Maya Area it rains about 20 minutes each day, it is a sudden shower (you will feel a cold wind and then, downpour).

    have fun!!!

  4. In central and southern Mexico it rains pretty much every day from the end of May beginning of June till the end of October. There ae torrential downpours. All afternoon and all night storms, hail that accumulates 1 ft. deep.

  5. It depends on which part of Mexico are you talking about?

  6. Depends on what part of Mexico you are going.  There could be a storm in one part and sunshine in another.
