  1. Samara is a great little beach town.   It is a bit isolated but I won't call it boring either (perhaps a bit slow, but not a dead town by any stretch).  Overall is one of my favourite Costa Rican destinations.

Other than the typical Costa Rican town buildings (i.e. church, school, soccer pitch and store/bar), Samara has a few hotels, a mini supermarket, a post office, a clinic and a few other businesses.

There is a small pocket of Italian retirees in the area, which has resulted in at least one fairly good Italian restaurant and a pizza place.   There area small stores and and various rental places for activities (i.e. scuba, surf). One of the hotels has a small disco/bar and there are a couple of beach side bars that play music as well.

There are also many touristic and adventure activities on or very near Samara, and the fact that some hotels are there, gives you access to tours and shuttles.   Try this website below for a list of places and activities in Samara.

    Enjoy your visit!

  2. Not at  all

the best thing than has samara is the beaches has some places of fun (normally) but for the tourists averages which they look  to be far from discs and the noises.

Costa Rica generally this projected for people that looks for the eco-tourism and zip lines and the birdwatching of birds Horseback Riding Boat Tours
