Has anyone been to Shakespeares globe in London?

i'm going there next week to watch King Lear :D just wandering if anyones been, and how it was?

i heard its set out exactly like how they would have watched the plays back in Shakespearean times . . .

fingers crossed it doesnt rain.  depending on where you are there isnt a roof.

its a great theatre though, you'll love it.

Indeed it is. You will have fun. If you buy the cheapest tickets you will be a "groundling" and have to stand in the sun for the whole performance. If this doesn't appeal, get the slightly more expensive ticket and you will get a seat in the shade.
