Has anyone been to Villa Olivia Ski Area in Bartlett, IL?

Looking for a place close to Chicago to take our 4 year old skiing for the first time. Opinions?

That is where I learned to ski (along time ago).  It is nice.

I've never skied there but their school is run by John Helgesen who is a really great instructor. From what I've heard the place isn't much more than a toboggan run with only one lift so it's the perfect place for a 4yr old to begin his/her ski career.

In a year or two your little one should be ready for Cascade...it's about 3hrs from Chicago just west of Madison, Wi. near the Dells
