Has anyone been to Waldameer in Erie, PA?

I'm going there in a few days and I'd like to know what to expect. Also, what else is there to do in Erie, whether by the Lake or otherwise?

I been to waldameer many of times. It was ok for what it had to offer. Pretty reasonable rates, but yes the water park is way better. I am from Conneaut, OH which is about a 1/2 hour from Erie. The is a decent mall there called Mill Creek Mall.

Have you ever been to Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH? Way better, more expensive, but a lot more rides.

I have been to Waldameer. It was alright......good for the $20 it was. The water park (Water World) was a lot of fun!

Waldameer has like three or four roller coasters. I liked them.

Unfortunatly that was all I did in Erie, PA.
