Has anyone been to Waterford? What's it like?

The crystal is amazing - but expensive. Other than that not really a lot to do there!

If you like glass it's fine. Great people though and the rest of that coast line is beautiful.

It's good. Small university city, ya know? I think the crystal is nearly closed down but there is other things to do... have a look at the link I gave in my last answer

Like all of Ireland, Waterford is wonderful.  Certainly much more than the glass it's famous for.  What's the problem?
