Has anyone been to ainsworth hot springs before?

I'm going to Ainsworth Hot Springs, Central Kootenay, British Columbia, Canada. And i was wondering if anyone has been there before? Is it fun? What other things can you do there besides the hot-spring? And my mom said there is a cave you can swim in. I seen pictures. It looks fun i just wanna see what people say about it. Anyone have good websites on it too?

It's a great place. I took both my wife and girlfriend (on separate occasions of curse) to the Springs and all three of us loved it! What a great vacation spot and a tribute to how amazing British Columbia is this time of year. My girlfriend and I went to this lovely restaurant that is near the Springs and loved the atmosphere and had a wonderful time. My wife and I found yet another place that was even better--Swensons? I think or was that the waiters name. Whatever. You'll have a blast!!

Boating. Bike Riding. My girlfriend loved the hiking but my wife really enjoyed the jogging trails.

Its an awesome place. I've been there around 5 times. Besides the hot spring, there's a restaurant, lounge, gift shop and two hotels. I also remember from the hill where the Hot Spring is located, there's an amazing view of Kootenay lake.

Hot Spring:

-main pool - warm

-Cave - hot

-small pool - cold

The Ainsworth Hot Springs are my favourite hit springs by FAR (and I live in the Canadian Rockies -- plenty of hot springs everywhere I go).

It is amazing to swim in the caves.  So cool!  Nelson is really close and is a great town to explore.
