Has anyone been to fort benning as an 11b?

im going there aug.20 and am very ready for it.does anyone have any interesting stories about it?

Is it for basic or AIT?? I don't think it matters what your MOS is for basic..

I was there for basic.. It's a fairly new base, nice facilities.. That part, I'm sure you will like.. I definately appreciated it when I got to Leonardwood for AIT, that place is a dump..

we were stationed there for a year and a half while my husband was in a tradoc unit.. i didnt really like it just cause its always humid and hot... so we going to germany now. but the base itself is really nice - if you go to kelley hill to be stationed with 3rd id then you will be living in brand new barracks.... good luck

well my hubby went there for basic. he always hated the drill SGTs coming banging trash cans and making all kinds of noises to wake them so he set his watch or clock early so he would already be up and ready to go when they came in. i don't remember too many of his stories while he was there.
