  1. Full of history, great architecture. I would go back, but there are tons of other places in Europe I enjoyed more. I would advise others to go, if you want to see the Vatican, be prepared to wait a really long time. Watch out for pickpockets!

  2. Wife and daughters are there right now, staying 3 additional days after their tour of Italy ended. They said they needed more time to see the Eternal City!  That makes 5 days there total...they are loving it!

  3. Yes, I have been and thought it was an excellent place for a holiday. The food was amazing and the city excicting.  On a practical level, it was very easy to navigate...its a great walking city. Very safe too. There is plenty to see and do. You will love it!

  4. rome is the best city in the world

  5. I have been there twice once for three days and once for five. I wold go back again and again.

Rome is a fascinating 2300 year old city full of Art and Architecture much of it religious. Also, very interesting people who know how to enjoy life and food.

I would advise anyone to go there, but those with an appreciation for history and art will get the most out of it.

  6. It is so great.  Really amazing.  I have been to a lot of European and American cities and Rome is without doubt my favorite.  I loved how alive it was, so much energy.  There is so much history and amazing art to enjoy during the day.  At night the restaurant serve amazing food and the bars and clubs are very fun.  The wine is unbelievable!  The people were very friendly, and even thought my friend I was traveling with is fluent in Italian everyone wanted to speak english with us.  It is fun to people watch because they people are beautiful. The guys are very flirty so that's always fun.
