  1. Yes, I just got back! You should go! There are many different regions and many reasons to go. Just a few: The food, the people, the art, the beaches, the architecture, the music, the nightlife, the prices, the plazas, the coffee, the culture, the attitude, the lifestyle, the wine,  the design, the history, the wildlife, the big cities, the villages, the castles, the mountains, the cheese, the ceramics, the design, the language(s)…. I’m sure there are more good reasons… but go!

  2. Let us know a little more about the type of holiday you are looking for and we can help you a bit better.

What are you looking for, a beech holiday or an escape to the countryside, busy night life and a lively time or a relaxing quiet holiday ?

  3. depending on your age group by I prefer Majorca, santa ponsa, its great for all and if you want lots of entertainment then magaluf

  4. I live and work in south costa blanca, we have golden sands, salt lakes that are great if you suffer from any illness and the mudbaths are only a short drive away. plenty of things to do for everyone from the above to theme parks zoos bars and eateries. If you want more info email me i am always happy to help

  5. Go to Nerja. Its great. Dont go to Catalonia the Catalans are a chitty lot.....even the Spanish hate them...

  6. Hi. I'm spanish.

If you want to see monuments, museums, architecture... You have many options like Madrid, Toledo, Segovia, Santiago de Compostela, Barcelona, Granada...

If you want anywhere to go to the beach, You have many places on the coast and in the islands.

If you want to see nature, you go to Asturias (Mountains and sea, but the water is cold), Galicia, Huesca (Pirineos)...

    Well, this is all.

    Good luck.

  7. Depends where you are going doesn't it - the question is to vague - Spain is a big place

  8. Where? It is a big country.

Catalans are more reticent than Andaluces. So are most northern Europeans. They also expect tourists to behave themselves and not drown in their own vomit.

That does not mean that Catalunya is not one of the best places to go in Spain.

  9. Perfect choice!!! I am Spanish and it is a wonderful country with lovely people and amazing scenery, music, food, art, history... I recommend Madrid for its culture, buildings and history, Barcelona for its design, Asturias because it is GORGEOUS, Vasc Country, amazing seascapes and yummy food!!! More Michelin star restaurants than any other place in the world! Cadiz for its lovely beaches and its people... I love them!, Sevilla for its alegria (cheerfulness), Toledo and Salamanca because they are just very beautiful and full of history. I don't know much of the Med area, it just doesn't do it for me. Mallorca, though is lovely! plenty to choose from. Lucky you!!! I live in lovely UK but miss España!!!

  10. Come to Spain, it's fantastic, I live here so I am biased, but a great place for a holiday!

  11. SPAIN - perfect choice!

But what are you looking for? Spain has so much to offer.

  12. Good idea. Lots of sun and sand. Try med coast. Cheap flights and pound relatively strong against the euro. I'm off on July 24th.

Matey is right, Catalans are snippy but BArcelona is fantastic.

  13. I recommend going. Great place to see a lot of great history and great places. Prepare for warm weather. Do you know where you're going? I recommend Madrid in Barcelona if you're going for the first time. Although, I don't think you can go wrong, there's a little bit of everything in Spain.

  14. go to ibiza. Suitable for all age groups and not as noisy as its made out to be asthey have strict noise controls after midnight. Beautiful island and lots to do.
