If so, how long is the wait? Also, if you did have an appointment, was it still a long wait?

  2. I went to the post office at 433 W Harrison.  There was no line at all.  I walked right up answered a few questions and I was out in 10 minutes.  Make sure that you fill out the application online first, then print it out and bring it with you.  This saves a lot of time.

They told me it could take up to 8 weeks to receive it, even though I did pay extra to have it expedite.  However, I received mine in 4 weeks.
