  1. Typical food, lots of fried things. It was like being in Disneyland or something, a lot to look at but just OK food.  I would give it a 6, because I did enjoy the scenery.

  2. I've been and It's hype is more the atmosphere than the food. I've had better, I'll give it a 5. You want reall  good Chinese go to Chinatown, there are also a few good places scattered up and down Boylston St., Beacon St., Chestnut Hill or word of mouth.

  3. A good place for family dinner, right now they are having there Lobster Fest!!!! very popular this time of year...

The food is good, nothing out of the ordinary!

  4. i went for a graduation party.. it was so unorganized. the restaurant gave us the wrong orders and it got so hectic i give it like a six. but this was a big party so it may be different for smaller parties.

  5. No, the place is so big and over whelming that I always pass it up and go to Kelly's

  6. The Kowloon has been a landmark on Route 1 in Saugus for years.  They must be doing something right!!!

Going in and checking out the atmosphere and the different seating areas/rooms is an experience in itself.

They have a comedy club/live entertainment also.

The food and prices are reasonable. Quite an extensive menu.  If you want the real deal, Dim Sum, Chinatown in Boston.

  7. Yes, it wasn't bad. I'd rate it an 8.

  8. your average chinese food, greesy and heavy...the kitchen is nasty by the way...my friend who works at a delivery company went in the kitchen and there was hanging meat with flies very dirty...they must pay off the board of health...

  9. We go there fairly regularly. One of the main reasons is that it's SO big, you never have to wait to be seated or for your food. The food is GOOD, nothing spectacular, but you also don't need to worry about bad quality or small portions. The place is like an entire city, so the atmosphere depends on where you are sitting. Overall, it's worth checking out, and you'll probably enjoy yourself. It's not going to be a "fine dining" experience, or the most authentic chinese food around, but it'll be tasty, and the drinks are good too! Plus, the menu has so much variety you'll have endless options. I'll give it a 7.
