Has anyone been to the top of the mountain in barmouth? (pic link in included)?

I want to go to the top of this mountain and camp the night....has anyone been up there? If so, can i camp at the top?

I looked at it using Google Earth, looks like a fun place to camp. If you have google earth, check it out.
