Well, I don't live in the U.K., but where I live, the darkrai event has already occurred, so I can tell you the moves mine has.  I mean, chances are that if it's an event pokemon it'll have the same moves everywhere. :]

It's moves are:

-Roar of Time

-Spacial Rend

-Nightmare

-Hypnosis
