Has anyone been using Loreal eye defense?

does it actually work? i've been using it for the past 2 months, and i see no difference under my eyes. is there something better to use to get rid of dark circles under the eye? or does this one just take time?

well first Schedule a blood test with your physician.

second Identify allergens.

third Get plenty of sleep nightly.

forth Treat your skin while you sleep.

and fifth Apply cool tea bags, an ice cube wrapped in soft cloth, or cucumber slices to your eyes daily.

I have found Garnier caffeine roller ball very effective, although I have never tried Loreal eye defense, also eye rescue from Moton Brown is quite good.
