Has anyone ben successfull taking clomid days 1-5 ? looking for some hope please help !!!

im 42 been and had every test available and now on clomid (day 2) i have 2 children fromprevious and my partner has 1 . we are sooo desperate for a baby i am looking for some encouragement ?

please share any stories you know of with me

You should be thankfull you have 2 children already there are alot of people here taking years and years to conceive one!

Most people take clomid 2-6 or 3-7 I beleive. Apparently 3-7 has the best sucess rate.

Sorry you had a crappy answer earlier.

My guess is that you already tried Clomid CD5-9 and 3-7 which is normally used to trigger a mature ovulation, and now you're simply trying to jump-start ovulation. I've heard many stories of success once the Clomid schedule and dosage has been worked out. Sometimes it simply take a few months for the doctor to figure out the best combination of dose and date for it all to work smoothly. And then .... BAM!
