  1. I did once and had a flaky seller and had to dispute it with Paypal.

    As previous poster said, just be sure to check the feedback!!


  2. I have.  Just like ebay, check the feedback before making a purchase.  I love iOffer.

  3. I have made a purchase off IOffer before and didn't have any problem at all. Like the other person said, remember to check the person's feedback.
