They have really low prices on HDTVs...almost too good to be true. Are they a reputable company? Is the merchandise refurbished? I'm a little skeptical....THANX

  1. They do seem to have some good deals mixed up with average deals on TV sets....

They have to STATE it's a refurbished TV if it is.....

Of course, they aren't FORCED to display it either...

So if you're interested in a TV set, it's best to call them first and see if it's refurbished or not.....

  2. Add me to the victims list!

I got scammed by them big time, and I can't believe I fell for it! I ordered an HDTV from them because they gave WPB contact info (I live in FL). I felt comfortable that they had to be legit to have a US location. I was wrong.

They got my money, said the item was being shipped, and haven't heard from them since.

  3. I would  not buy from this website i think they are a scam. My lil cousin told me about this website and I was checking it out. He bought a computer from them and he never recieved anything. If you ask them about your stuff they will give you the run around and eventually stop. He bought his thing almost two weeks ago w/ no refund or product. He sent the money Western Union. Maybe you can try a COD if your really desperate. If you try to COD with them they require a 10,000.00 purchase tho

  4. I WANT TO BUY AN APPLE LAPTOP, CAN I TRUST THIS COMPANAY?

  5. I also found a Sonos system on this website so cheap i made a search on the electronicscult.com name. After reading this I took contact with Sonos (a trademark that Electronicscult market on the site). Sonos answer:

"We do not have any distributorship or dealer arrangements with Electronicscult.com. If they are advertising and selling our equipment, it is thru a third party supplier if in fact they are not a scam of some sort. In this instance, I would recommend that the Buyer Beware!

    Regards,

    SONOS SUPPORT"

  6. They state that all items are brand new and under full warranty, free shipping and no tax, merchanise clearing specials, ... with prices already too low to be true.

Red flags include their only method of payment, which is  Western Union wire. How can a legitimate, long-term business not accept credit card payments or even PayPal? These methods would have required legal documents and traceable leads back to the owner of the business.

Another red flag is their only recent submission to many of the search engines and absence of listing on public directories. If anything, this is a new business with little or no proven customer satisfaction feedback.

    Be aware.

  7. On their website they claim to have a location in FL at

USA: 01 Clematis Street, W. Palm Beach, Florida

    Manager: William Twitchell

That location is actually a Pizza Place

    Fire Rock Pizza

    1 N Clematis St

    West Palm Beach, FL 33401

    (561) 837-9050

    According to the yellow pages.

  8. Don't order nothing off of them. They are scammers.  They only except western union payment to rome italy. I made a purchase a couple weeks ago and now they won't even answer my emails to let me know what is going on. There address location in florida is phony too. And the phone number they give goes straight to voice mail. They took my money and ran.
