Has anyone bought from Arsatoys.com?

I ordered a desk for my son (for xmas) on Dec 9th. They show nothing on the site about it being shipped and they havent answered my emails or phone calls. I'm getting worried!! Has anyone had problems with them before?

if they are not returning any form of contact and no news after 2 weeks about shipping, i would be worried to , contact your credit card company to contest the charge and go elsewhere/
