Here's how you can tell.  Click on an item you'd like to purchase.  Then click on "Check out", or whatever wording they're using so you can begin to finalize a purchase.  This is where a form will come up.  Look at the address line.  if it begins with https://xxxxx, it's a legitimate site.  That "s" at the end of http, means it's a secure site.

In the case of this site, you have to register first before you can get to processing an order.  If you have to enter personal information to register, the https should probably be there too, depending on what kind of information is required for registration.  You can pick any item to test the process... just not filling out the order form.

I would not trust it. When using Firefox there are many page errors at the bottom of the screen. If you go to "about us" there is nothing there. If I can't find the actual physical location of a site I would not use it.

Click on "powered by" at the bottom of the screen. That is the company providing the shopping cart. It is Chinese.
