Has anyone bought stuff from "Dvd World U S A"?

They've got some real good offers on HDdvds,but I know nothing about them.

If you are thinking of ordering from them... in one word DON'T. I did six weeks ago still have not seen my dvd's .. they will not answer the phones or return calls .... thier online help is "name only" try it you will not get anything but "all of our operators are busy with other customers" I waited 45 min. once tried several times but did wait as long. emails they do reply to these by saying "your order has been shipped again using another carrier" this is 4 now. I still never get anything but "canned replies" they will not talk about refunds just resort to the same canned reply always the same word for word!!!! shop somewhere else don't get ripped off like I did!
