Has anyone built a hydrogen generator from "bill power's" "run your car on water" plans??

has anyone tried to build a hydrogen generator according to run your car on water bill powers plans. they seem to be pretty complete. anyone have any comments?

bill is in jail with Dennis Lee and Paul Pantone for selling frauds.  Just google those names and get the WHOLE story.

I tried to do this...I bought the plans online for $50 and looked it over.  After about ten minutes I emailed them back and asked for a refund.  The plans were way to complicated for a average guy to follow....

there was a lot of requirements for manufactured or homemade parts that I couldn't begin to try to make.

Looked like it could work if you were a rocket scientist with a machine shop.

Wish it would work...

I'm sorry but all these "run your car on water" schemes are a scam.

No, but I did see Fat Albert install a Pratt & Whitney R-4360 Wasp Major in his 1965 ford galaxie 500.  He went round and round the block and the engine sounded like BBRR-BRRR-BRRR-RBR-BRR.
