  1. I don't think anyone has done that exactly, but many interesting calculations have been done about Scrabble, and there have been some very high scoring games.  Here are a few sites that may interest you.  Have fun.

GAMES Magazine had a Scrabble contest many years ago, where entrants had to make five or six plays from either end of a given order of the tiles.  As I recall, the winning solution was just short of 1,000 points, as it ended with a triple-triple-triple-bingo (a 15 letter word laying down all seven tiles and covering all three triple word score spaces on one edge of the board).  Of course, this was a puzzle/contest and not a real game, but it did show that it is possible.
