Has anyone cashed the International Lottery Com Check?

Has anyone who recieved the International Lottery Commission Letter and partial payment check just cash the

check for $2800 and kept the money? The one I recieve was from a local bank called lasaelle.

It is a scam other people from countries like nigeria that do not have laws or are unable to prosecute people.

The European lottery, you have to buy a ticket, it is like our lotto's or powerball. They do not give out free tickets.

The emails change but the same thing remains you did not buy a ticket hw can you win a lottery where a ticket needs to be purchased.

Umm, I wouldn't cash it, because it is probably at least one of the following things: A fake check, Drawn on a fake checking account, the account it is drawn on does not have the necessary funds to cash the check, or the person who sent the check will use it to gain fardulent access to your account and drain it of all funds.
