Has anyone cooked on an AGA?

Question

We are remodeling the kitchen and if, a very big if, there is enough money left at the end of the project, I am contemplating an AGA. Are they really as great as they seem?

I am a serious cook - we grow and can much of our own food, so I spend a lot of time using my stove.

You know, I could answer this question maybe if I knew what the heck an AGA was.

I haven't but I have seen enough on TV to want one.
