From my experience, it is almost impossible to receive a full refund from The Tax Club. I've had all of their services but I felt like I was forced into buying them from the sales associates. When you tell them your going to cancel, they subtract for "services rendered" administrative fees and other nonsense, even though nothing was done. The best thing to do would be to take matters up to the New York BBB (https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/GetSta... and explain your situation to them. If you believe you were treated unfairly, they can help you get back a full refund. Good Luck!
