Has anyone did the Corona Beach Party @ Cozemel/Progresso excursion from the carnival cruise???

I am going on a cruise June 28 on the Fantasy ship from carnival. We are going to progresso and cozemel for shore excursions. I was wanting to do the Corona Beach Party at Progresso and Mini Jeep Outlander & Snorkel while in Cozemel. I was just wondering if anyone had ever been there or done either of those things. Is there something else you would recommend doing. This is my first cruise and I am just wondering...any thoughts are advice? Thanks so much!

Well, I'm old and boring but if I was in Progreso I'd take the opportunity to go see the Mayan Ruins at Uxmal over a booze-up on the beach. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for booze-ups but you don't get many chances to see a place like Uxmal.

i just went on the same cruise in march and the corona beach party was well... boring. the beach is dirty and there are a lot of people hassling you to buy things. i would reccommend going to senor frogs in cozumel. however i had a really good time on the fantasy ship it is clean and there is a lot to do.
