Has anyone done Pole Dancing?

Im keen to do anything at this point to tone up and im just wondering if ne1 has done pole dancing and can share there experiences??

  1. it's really hard but defo worth it. it tones everything but word of warning your whole body will ache after your first lesson especially your legs and you wont want to go again but carry on and it get easier. I'm stating up again in a couple of weeks.


  2. it's a very very good workout.. it will tone your whole body, trust me.

  3. its a really fun and good workout once you get better at it.  at first though its extremely difficult and painful and you'll have tons of bruises

It is really hard in the begining, you will have sore muscles, bruises and you won't be able to lift your arms above your head for atleast three days (that is, if the instruction is good...lol) I've lost 30 lbs and really toned up with pole dancing as part of my workout routine, and I even teach private lessons out of my home for a little extra cash!
