Has anyone done the test/interview to become an Air Traffic Controller? Did you pass? Can you give some tips?

  2. You going through nats? Are you in the industry? I work in air traffic as an assistant.

    Not sure what tips there is really, just do well in your apitude test. Hope that u have done revision, cos nats is HARD to get into! Good luck

I have taken and passed the AT-SAT.  Passing is above a 70.  They then put you into a well qualified group or a qualified group.  If you've graduated from a CTI program from a university, you don't need any tips.  The test will take you 5-6hours and very little of it has to do with ATC.  One section is aircraft instruments, another is a test that demonstrates your ability to do multiple things at once, and do them well.  There is only one section where you are actually controling aircraft and it is very low tech.  I scored a 90.9.
