  1. TAKE your complaint up with head office.

  2. Undercooked no - bland, tasteless and horrid, always. Would never eat anything there now except a bag of crisps. Beer's cheap though!

  3. No, in fact I got the opposite.... overcooked in the microwave!!!  it was lasagna that was all curled up and brick hard at the edges!! I sent it back and believe it or not I got another exactly the same, so I refused to eat it and I complained, but guess what the Manager was not in and the waitress said she would pass on my complaint, and she took my phone number, and I am still waiting on the call, i think i might give them a call tomorrow!!! watch this space.

  4. I haven't had any problems with Wetherspoons.  Like some other restaurants there maybe a bad chef at the one you went to.  Try going into their website and making a complaint through there.  It's worth a try.

  5. I had a bad experience with them too, they bought me a chicken salad (i'm vege) and I sent it back and then they brought out the ceaser salad I had ordered, but when I started eating it it still had bits of chicken in, I went mental! Also the waiter was clearly hung over and stunk of booze. I put a complaint in writing to Head Office but they just send me a generic apology letter, to be honest I don't think they were arsed at all. Disgusting!! Won't be eating there again!

  6. i've been in nearly every spoons in the uk, Bedworth spoons is the worse i've experienced,, undercooked both times i've been in there.

Hayes spoons about the best i've had

    where was yours ?

would you beleive it, thats one of the ones i havn't been in (and its only 20mins from where i live lol)

  7. Overcooked, undercooked, cold and sorry, we haven't got that today!! Breakfast is usually fine, it's just the dinners, shan't be trying them any more.

  8. It's wetherspoons, what do you expect?

  9. the weatherspoons that i have eaten in were all excellant the only complaint that we had was the vegetables were not cooked properly spoke to the staff and they took it back and brought out new meals with everything cooked brilliantly. unfortunatly must be dependant on the attitude of the staff.
