Has anyone else eaten at Don Pedro's (Pink Taco) Winnipeg, and thought it sucked?

4 of us went for lunch today and the tortilla chips were stale, they only give a small amount of salsa. Brought the wrong drink, then took an hour for our meals. My taco salad was pretty much all Bowl and cabbage.

The decor was very tacky.

It was not very busy in there so I don't know why the service was so bad.

Does it deserve a second Chance?

If I'm in Winnipeg, I wouldn't expect good Mexican food.

Another strike is a place that wants to call itself "Don Pedro's (Pink Taco)" is a sign to me that this place needs to be seriously avoided.

Therefore, for me, this place is to be avoided.
