When I sleep my dreams are very real. I often thrash about. I have bitten my husband on the forehead plus belted him many times. I recall all dreams I have. They are not fantasy but just like life is today

  1. I had very violent dreams while I was pregnant with my daughter. They were so vivid and sometimes would scare me so bad I would wake up screaming or punching and kicking. As soon as I gave birth they stopped. Hormones could be the culprit . Birth control, pregnancy, life changes. Many things could change your hormone levels. Good luck and my best wishes to your hubby;)

  2. After serving in the military I had night terrors. One night in the middle of one of my nightmares my youngest brother tried to wake me up by shaking me.Without realisisng it I grabbed and broke his arm.I never woke up but my parents were upset this happened.I have been seeing a psychiatrist for years to help with this problem. There are several universities doing studies on people with night terrors. You could get into one of these and get paid to sleep.Therapy comes along with entry into the programs but you dont have to pay for it which is good if you cant afford $200 an hour.

  3. When I was a kid there was this dream I thought was voilent. I look back at and think on why I would have it.
