Has anyone else got a parking ticket in Waterford, even if displaying valid parking discs?

And if you appealed, did you get your money back? It happened to me and I'm really annoyed! I appealed and they rejected my claim. I wonder is it because my car has a Wexford plate :)?

My dad has go tickets in Waterford but only if he ha something wrong with the disc (forgot to scrach it....he's dumb) WOOOOOOO GO YOU!!!! YOUR FROM WEXFORD!!!!!ME TOO!!!!!!!!!
