Has anyone else had African men harass them into going to their club while walking around in Tokyo?

this happens often in certain areas of tokyo (roppongi, shibuya etc) just ignore them and they'll go away.

most of then are nigerian refugees looking to make an easy buck. do NOT go with them as often they'll lead you some bar that'll charge you a ridiculous   amount of money

I found lots of Arican men trying to sell me prostitutes from photo albums in Shinjuku, Tokyo.

I was actually looking for a nice-looking restaurant and ended up walking in circles.  I said no to each of them the first time and they stopped bothering me.  They assumed after I walked past four or five times (getting increasingly hungry) that I was just too shy to ask and kept grabbing me and trying to force them upon me.

Unfortunately this is a hazard of being a tourist.  In Europe it tends to be either Senegalese men (Paris) or Essex Man/Woman (Cyprus) to give two common examples.

There are many variations, so avoid the usual tourist haunts.
