I think the question should be has anyone ever had GOOD customer service from Comcast?? Not likely.

yes, i worked for them, quit,moved away, then the cable company i had got bought out by them, then i had nothing but headaches from then on, it seems to be a never ending circle of b.s.

Definitely. I discontinued service with them 10 years ago because they s*cked so bad.

OH YEAH

however, it's either comcast or AT&T at my house and i chose the lesser of 2 evils.

occasionally, i can find a very nice and helpful person at comcast, NEVER at AT&T.

so when i call into comcast and get a rude or stupid person (i get those sometimes too), i'll hang up and call back.

but seriously, yes, i'd much rather pay lots more for okay service at comcast than a little less for horrible service at AT&T.
