Has anyone ever had problems with Friendly Chevrolet in Dallas Tx.?

These people are the most unprofessional to work with, the employees are constantly getting fired. and lot of movement of employees that no one seems to know anything of what is going on in there. automotives managers Tony Hannigan and Bent Tound or Bound do not have the slightest idea what is going on in there. they never call you back when they say they will or just never call you. They cut my ignition car key in half and could not provide an answer why? Their business office calls me 6 months later asking when I would pay the deductable.....uh which I had already paid directly to the manager Tony Hannigan and they had no record of this...l=4 days later they said oh it was mis- applied somewhere else!

But Tony would not tell who misapplied this. Ok. then I asked for the General manager Mark Hoel and complained about his employees and how my car was delivered, all scratched including my new bumper and flat tires. all .he said was ok, un huh ok. duh no we will not pay for the tire

Apparently lots of people have.  You should have checked with the better business bureau before doing business with them or anyone.

Yes.  I called to make an appointment to get my daughter's truck tail light fixed for a recall.  They failed to mention that they didn't even have the part and my daughter wasted half a day . . . and we've never been notified that the part has arrived.
