Has anyone else had problems with ordering from everydayhenna.com?

A month ago now I ordered two kits of henna, two weeks ago I e-mailed them asking when it would ship and they said that week. Well it's now another two weeks later and I e-mailed them again and got no response. Should I wait a little longer or file a complaint with the BBB now?
