Has anyone else had this; extreme shock like pain in lower leg radiating up to knee?

Pain lasts just a few seconds, but is off the charts when it happens.

I have had no injuries or strains. Dr. says it's the meniscus.

He should know , a knee problem or tear in the knee is nothing uncommon these days . Good luck and have a great day
