Has anyone else had this issue with Snausages in a Blanket dog treats?

Question

Two days ago we introduced our 6mo lab mix puppy to snausages treats, and he's had diarrhea since (we're fairly sure that's the cause, since it's the only new thing in his diet). He doesn't have any other symptoms, just diarrhea. I'm going to call the vet today to make an appointment, but I was just wondering if anyone else's dog had a bad reaction to Snausages (or any other kind of dog treat).

I think most of those treats are just plain junk!!!!  I use a treat that is sweet potato wrapped with dried duck meat.  They love it...and will do any trick I ask for it.  it is expensive, but healthy.

Yep.  One of my dogs had the same problem after eating snausages.  Don't give them to your dog.  I switched to carrots and a dog treat called Happy Hips (duck treats).  The Happy Hips are expensive but I don't give them out as often as I do carrots.

I buy the already peeled and cut carrots (cheaper then dog treats!).  My dogs get about 2 (sometimes 3) a day.  My vet said it is a great healthy treat and it helps keep their anal glands clean (because of the fiber).

Good luck at the vets!  I hope it is just the treats.

No, I've never had an issue. Although if you just used a different treat, like natural choice dog biscuits, then I'm sure you wouldn't have a problem. That is strange though...Hope you figure it out. :)
