I brought a Nintendo Wii last week and when I try to load one of the games it freezes on the screen which reminds you how to connect the remote to your wrist. The only way to re-set it is to disconnect at the power. Taken it back to the shop and they dont want to know and said I need to send direct to Nintendo.

  2. i only have psp wich has been broken poor me

  3. Yes;I have had problems with suppliers. If in UK you need to contact Consumer Direct ASAP - if not you need to contact the whatever is the alternative wherever you live

  4. Send it to Nintendo...

but seriously. Microsoft is the ****.

Take it back.. sell it and then get a 360.

If you already have one then why the **** did you buy a corny a$$ wii?!?!?

  5. No.

  6. well you could get with nintendo but the fastest way is taking it to walmart and exchanging it... maybe you didnt buy it there but you can still do it.

  7. yes sometimes happens to me and got mine the last Christmas what it can be is that the disc is the wrong way or the disc place is a bit dusty and needs a blow go in the wii website it may tell u there   If still does not work  return it and buy a different one

  8. Every time you load a wii game that disclaimer pops up, that's when you should press A with the first player's controller. Everytime the system loads up the game the system kinda shuts down, thus turning off all active wii remotes until the disclaimer leaves after a minute. Otherwise just press A.

If it doesn't leave the page at all, try other wii games you may have or even try some Gamecube, Wii Ware, or Wii VC games to see if the system works for those.

The only other way around it is if you return the console (You need all the stuff it came with along with the original packaging and the reciept to show that you purchased it). IF you can't return it to the store for another model, then send it to Nintendo. They'll get the problem taken care of and send it back to you. Even though you pay shipping and handling, 10 dollars and a few weeks-months is a lot better than going on an extended hunt to buy another 250 dollar machine that's having trouble staying in stock.

  9. Yea, I contacted Nintendo and they told me to ship it to them. They made the repair, shipped it back to me and reimbursed me for my shipping costs.

  10. nope.

  11. Nope hasn't happened to me. I hope you got a warranty, 'cause it sounds like a bad one D':

  12. I haven't had that problem at all. i would definitely get ahold of Nintendo.

  13. If its brand new and you have the reciept, the shop have to take it back and give a replacement. Keep pushing and they will give in.

  14. No i have always been able to press A and it leaves that screen, try wiping the disk.

  15. How long does it stay on the screen? That screen stays on for a while on any Wii this way they can cover themselves. If it stay on for more then 5 minutes there's something wrong with the hardware, so return it to the store and get another one.

  16. try another game or you might have connected something the wrong way

    or

    Wii must be damaged
