Has anyone else had trouble with Wal-Mart.com?

Ordering online has been a disaster. They charged us twice, and when we canceled the order because of their crappy customer service, they only refunded the erroneous charges 3 days later. Now, they have charged us again!!! They can't be trusted...is there a class-action lawsuit or anything going?

I've had no problems at all.  In fact, I love not having to pay the shipping fees!
