i recently found out that the population of canada is suffering from deceases of different bacteria, and worms that develop in your body, once the egg is consumed by the person. they said its possible to get infected by eating, drinking, touching, and even breathing the infected air. I'm still recovering from the shock that hearing this caused me. has anyone else heard about this??

I'm literally being paranoid right now, trying to stay away from food and everything else around me.

those of you that know about this please feel free to share your knowledge and thoughts. goodness..I'm so scared.

the scientists also say that its possible to get it anywhere, even while swimming in your pool.

please say something that would calm me down.
