Has anyone else killed roaches with dollar store AWESOME??

I sprayed it on some stuff and they died quickly...it is awesome if it's going to get rid of those darn things!

any type of cleaner will usually kill roaches on contact, but it won't keep killing them.  I HATE ROACHES  GRRRR

Most sprays will kill one or two roaches but, if you see one there's probably many, many more!  So, you may want to buy or make your own roach baits and keep them behind appliances, in cabinets and other places away from pets/children....

To make your own you need some borax found in the laundry isle.. Some CRISCO vegetable shortening and some sugar... Mix ingriedients until they form paste..Put on pieces of cardboard and place out of reach of children/pet!   Roaches find it irresistable!  They eat it and DIE....!  

You can also fog/bomb your house.... Also, to keep them from coming back you can spray the INSIDE/OUTSIDE with a product called ORTHO HOME DEFENSE it's found at most food/drug/hardware stores... costs around $15 and it's guaranteed to work.... You spray it along the INSIDE/OUTSIDE perimeter of you home... Behind appliances, in the basement, around doors,windows.. .etc... It keeps out most bugs... Like spiders, ants, fleas, silverfish, ladybugs etc.... For up to 6 months!  I use this and it works GREAT!  It's also very inexpensive.. Used regularly it will solve your problem....

Also, make sure that all food is stored properly.... Anything in cardboard- like rice/pasta/cereal store in airtight glass or plastic containers... Roaches LOVE cardboard!  They eat the glue... They also LOVE book binding glue... Also remove any water source such as a pets food/water dish....
