Has anyone else noticed that Shaq is not as good a guy a we once thought?

Divorcing his wife, the Kobe rap and now the restraining order. It seems to me that Kobe was telling the truth about Shaq's off court behavior. Problem is his public perception was as an immature brat and Shaq was the do no wrong, fun loving big guy who wouldn't hurt anyone. Let us not forget he came into nearly every season out of shape. I think Kobe was pretty close to dead on about this man, people just don't like him.

are you saying you actually believed he was a good genie? i never thought shaq was a good guy. shaq himself said that when he was young he was a real mean bully and beat up other guys. picture that. a 7 footer beating up a guy. that he is now stalking women is probably something he may have done in the past.

-Shaq just has a bigger than life personality, that's why he had all the commercial success in the 90's. Movies, CD's, Video games, Commercials etc....Thats why people had so much love for him. Kobe just lacks people skills, comes off as being fake and arrogant, that's why people dis like him.

I still believe that Kobe has many dope-like qualities, but maybe he really has been the mature one. Maybe during their feud when Shaq left, it really was him who was being the brat all along and Kobe was just getting the blame.

shaq loves media attention. i think with his basketball career nearing its end, this is the only way he'll be able to get media attention. he ain't exiting the NBA without making any noise, that's for sure.

Yes, Shaq's always been like that. Now people will get to know the "real" Shaq better because of the things he did the last couple of months
