"Hi KenlKoff, I found your profile from ________________'s page and thought I would add you as a mutual friend. This whole Yahoo 360 thing is new to me so I was hoping to add a few friends that we have in common. Thanks KenlKoff!"

I have received it twice WORD-FOR-WORD, from different persons, each time I follow through, I find what seems to be a personal 360 page with NO information but a blog that is somehow related to cell phones.

  1. send it to your spam box each time you get it. that is what i do.

  2. True, you do not have a envelope under your 360 photo/avatar.

So most likely this person got your e-mail some other way, even from another site maybe.

The best thing to do to these invitations are to send them to the spam box. Then you will not be bother with by this person.

  3. I've just seen your 360 page and it hasn't got a 'Send Message' button like mine has. Until I saw that, I was going to suggest that the messages you received were a kind of template provided by Yahoo. But "NO information" and "related to cell phones" sounds very strange. Was the blog trying to get you to buy a cell phone?

I guess I'm just responding as a fellow sufferer, because I've had lots of problems  with 360. (So DON'T choose this as 'Best Answer', cos I haven't really answered your q.)

The strangest message I got said "Hhmm!". But since all I was allowed to say in response would have been "Hhmm!", I didn't bother. Would have been a totally pointless conversation.
