(www.ticketmaster.com is for the US)

I've used them to order tickets for a music event and am still waiting for tickets that I ordered a few weeks ago. I'm being kept updated by e-mail that they have not yet received the tickets from the Event Organiser and will send them to me asap. As the event is not until August I wasn't worried so far, but now you make me think that maybe there is a problem?
