Two year old exotic short hair shaded silver male makes a chirping sound sounds almost like a dove.

  9. Yes, I had a domestic tabby in Iceland that used to chirp like a parakeet. He did this mostly when he was trying to catch a fly or something. Really odd. I contributed it to his being Icelandic LOL.
