Has anyone even been to N.Ireland.....a place called Newry?

It's a border town between the north and south of Ireland, about 2hours by bus to Dublin.

Yes, my cousin lives there.  We went to Ireland this past summer, and visited our cousins in the North.  Then we all drove to Newry to Brian's house.  Cute town.  His house is up on a hill overlooking the harbor there.  Gorgeous!

Yup, been a few times, its a small town but u will find that many people from the south visit to do shopping, since it can be cheaper than doing same down south. If you are driving to newry sometimes parking can be a pain.

Yup.  Very adorable town.  I had this idea that N. Ireland would be scary -- guards with uzis and stuff, and bombed-out buildings -- stupid, I guess!  But it was very quiet and nice, with a lovely main church, as I recall.
